1. The ‘Wireless’ icon in the system tray does not appear
Why?
–> Restart the Net Browser once or twice then wait for a few minutes until the wireless icon shows in the system tray.  If it does not appear even after restarting, the wireless module may be damaged.
What to do? –> Return to place of purchase to receive a replacement unit.

2. Internet Explorer displays websites when connected via Ethernet only displays error message via wireless connection.
Why? –> The Net Browser may be connected to a different wireless access point (not your own), which may not be connected to the internet.  In this case, the wireless connection is only linked to the access point itself (only the signal of that certain access point) without being connected to the internet.
What do to? –> Try to search for other wireless access points (located in Wireless icon > Wireless Information) and connect to one of them. Some may be linked to the Internet whereas some may not.

3. Internet Explorer only displays error message when connected via Ethernet cable and wireless connection.
Why?
–> It is possible that the Net Browser’s wireless/Ethernet module has fault.
What do to? –> Return to place of purchase to receive a replacement unit.

4. Internet Explorer displays websites when connected via Ethernet and will display websites on certain wireless networks and error message on others.
What do to? –> Same issue as no. 2
