I have a disgo pro. When I try to run KeySafe I get the following message, “No disgo USB drive was found. The application will now terminate”. My disgo is plugged in and I can copy files to it, but cannot make a Privacy Zone.

Ensure you have no other removable media plugged into the computer; for example, digital cameras, other USB flash drive, and external hard drive.

If you have an internal card reader bay it may be necessary to use the Safely Remove Hardware Wizard to Eject this and then try creating a Privacy Zone. Even if no media card is inserted in the card reader you may experience this problem.

Rebooting the computer will enable the card reader again.
