The disgo Media Bank does not support .WMV files.
In order to successfully playback your unsupported .WMV files, please download the following converter (Prism) to your computer: http://www.nchsoftware.com/prism
Save the download to your computer.
Double-click the ‘prismsetup’ icon.
Choose the relative converter options – ‘Switch Audio Converter’
Continue to install the Prism software. Click ‘OK’ at any error message.
There may be some further installs (plug-in components) in this process, which are clearly explained along the way. Save all components to the same folder. Simply double-clicking on the new component icons will install them.
Add the necessary file by clicking on ‘Add File(s)’
Choose .MPG in ‘Output Format’.
Click on ‘Convert’.
The new file will be saved in the ‘Output Folder’.
This new file should now play successfully on your Media Bank
