Media Bank only supports picture types of .JPG and .JPEG.
Files not belonging to these two types will be shown as a ‘?’, meaning that the file is not supported.

Two reasons for the screen displaying a ‘?’:

Reason 1:
3 different FORMAT OPTIONS are given to a picture with a suffix name ‘.JPG’:
Baseline (’Standard’) / Baseline Optimized / Progressive

If you choose Baseline (’Standard’), the picture type will be ‘.JPG’.
If you choose Baseline Optimized, the picture type will be ‘.JPEG’.
If you choose Progressive, the picture type will be ‘.JPE’.
As the Media Bank only supports the picture types of ‘.JPG’ and ‘.JPEG’, the picture type of ‘.JPE’ will be shown in a ‘?’ on screen.

If necessary, Adobe Photoshop will allow you to change the Format Options (JPEG Options) to a format that is supported by the Media Bank. Alternatively, a free ‘picture file converter’ download will allow you to convert your unsupported file to a file supported by the disgo Media Bank.

Reason 2:
If the picture type is .JPG or .JPEG but the size of the picture is over 4MB, it will still show a ‘?’. 4MB is the largest image capacity supported by the Media Bank.
