1) 720X480 @ 24 fps (or 640X480 @ 30fps) @ 4mbps + 160kbps
2) 640X480 @ 24fps @ 3 Mbps + 160Kbps
3) 640X480 @ 24fps @ 3 Mbps + 160Kbps
4) 640X480 @ 20-24 fps @ 3mbps+ 160Kbps
If you have a .MP4 file that will not play on your disgo Media Bank, please use the following information:
In order to successfully playback your unsupported .MP4 files, please download the following converter (Prism) to your computer: http://www.nchsoftware.com/prism/prismsetup.exe
Save the download to your computer.
Double-click the ‘prismsetup’ icon.
Choose the relative converter options – ‘Switch Audio Converter’
Continue to install the Prism software. Click \’OK\’ at any error message.
There may be some further installs (plug-in components) in this process, which are clearly explained along the way. Save all components to the same folder. Simply double-clicking on the new component icons will install them.
Add the necessary file by clicking on ‘Add File(s)’
Choose .MPG in ‘Output Format’.
Click on ‘Convert’.
The new file will be saved in the ‘Output Folder’.
This new file should now play successfully on your Media Bank
