In order to address this problem check the name of the application that you are using for password protection to confirm if it is KeySafe or KeySafeLite that is used on the disgo model you have.
If the Application is KeySafe:
Delete the copy of KeySafe that is currently on the disgo and then download an updated copy from this link:
http://www.mydisgo.com/drivers/specifications_disgopro_software_s2.php?device=disgo%20pro
The file you require will be called KeySafe_disgo.exe. Download this to the disgo drive (NOT the computer). This will then allow you to access the files in the Privacy Zone using the same password as you used previously.
If the Application is KeySafeLite:
Delete the copy of KeySafeLite that is currently on the disgo and then download an updated copy from this link:
http://www.mydisgo.com/drivers/downloads8.php?device=disgo%20lite/disgo%20classic%20Non%20U3
The file you require will be called KeySafeLiteV1.1.2.exe. Download this to the disgo drive (NOT then computer). This will then allow you to access the files in the Privacy Zone using the same password as you used previously.
