Regrettably, Yoggie Security Systems have not found financial assistance and are now in administration.</p>
<p>Although Yoggie have said that they will reopen support for their products as soon as they receive finances they are not aware when or indeed if this will happen.<br />
At this stage of the situation, we are advising customers with malfunctioning unit to explain the situation to the place of purchase and request a refund or credit.</p>
<p>We will be updating this section with news from Yoggie as and when we receive it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With regards to setting up a POP3 email account, please open the Inbox application; click on Services &gt; Options &gt; Add &gt; Choose IMAP4 Mail or POP3 (depending on your mail service) and click OK on the in the top right-hand corner.<br />
On the next window &#8216;POP3 Mail Service Definition&#8217;; choose &#8216;Network Connection&#8217; for Connection.  The POP3 Host details can be found from your mail service provider.  The User ID and Password is your personal details for that specific email account.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If the Net Browser will not connect to your wireless network or appears to be connected but will not display web pages, it may be that your wireless network password has not been entered (correctly).</p>
<p>Please access your wireless network settings (wireless icon in bottom right-hand area of screen).  When the window opens, please click on the Wireless Information tab.  In this window you should be able view your wireless network name (SSID).  Right-click on your network name and choose &#8216;Configure&#8217;.</p>
<p>In this new window, Wireless Network Properties, please enter your password or Network key.  If this area is greyed out, please remove the green tick from &#8216;The key is provided automatically&#8217; and try entering the password again.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In rare cases, when unplugging the Gatekeeper Pico / Gatekeeper Pico Pro while it is in the middle of an Anti Virus update, there might be a situation when the Anti virus database will become corrupted. As a result, the AV engine will be temporarily down until the database will be restored and establish.</p>
<p>To prevent the exposure of the computer to viruses and threats, we temporary disable the communication.</p>
<p>This is reversible situation and can be easily fixed. Just plug the Yoggie back, verify it finished the boot sequence and wait. Yoggie can be enabled or disabled* during this time. The device will download again all the needed updates from Kaspersky and will rebuild the Database. Once the process will be completed, it will automatically start the AV engine, and it will allow browsing and emails to be Send / Received.<br />
This might take some time, and depends on the amount of updates that are missing, connection speed etc&#8217;</p>
<p>From our experience, this usually takes around 30~60 min, but it might take more.</p>
<p>* In case you need an urgent connection to the internet, you can disable the Yoggie (using the Tray Icon), but please be aware that Yoggie will not protect the computer.</p>
<p>We have also found that updating your driver version will also resolve this issue.<br />
To check your driver version, right-click the Yoggie icon in the system tray and choose &#8216;About&#8217;.<br />

<p>On the main Facebook website, you will need to click on the speech bubble in the bottom right-hand corner.<br />
You may need to allow pop-ups before this will work successfully.<br />
To allow pop-ups, open Internet Explorer and go to View &gt; Internet Options.  Then click on the Popups tab.  Remove the tick from the &#8216;Block popups&#8217; tick box and click OK.</p>
