Please note that the Tablet cannot be used with the official Android Market.
For alternative downloading sites, please see our Android app information page on the mydisgo.com FAQ page.
The Tablet is not compatible with the Adobe Flash player. As such, the Tablet will not successfully download and run the Flash player installation files.
However, it is possible to view some video content using the Skyfire web browser and the YouTube app can also be used for video content.
Please try the following:
Power off the device and connect the device to the mains.
Press the “HOME”+”BACK” (front of device) +”POWER” buttons twice and follow the instruction on the display. The device will complete a hardware reset.
Before powering on, please also ensure that the device is connected to the mains and that any storage devices (USB flash drive/Memory card) have been removed.
This should help to resolve the issue.
As the device is not successfully connecting to your network, please try the following.
Reboot the tablet and toggle off/on the Wi-Fi tick mark in Wi-Fi settings. Please also ‘Forget’ your network and try reconnecting.
If this does not help, check your wireless router setup to select “Wireless b/g compatibility” or “legacy” modes on Wireless N type routers. The Tablet is Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 b/g compatible only and is not ‘n’ compatible.
If the device is still not connecting, safely remove the MicroSD card from the device and complete a Factory Reset on the unit. This can be done via the Settings menu > Privacy > Factory Reset.
The Factory Reset will format the device and should resolve the potential conflict with the wireless.
If the unit is not working as expected after this reset, the device has become faulty.
To confirm this, if possible, please try connecting the device to a different network.
