Precautions (USB Flash Drives)

  1. When the indicator light is blinking rapidly, disgo is transferring data between itself and the host computer.
  2. Do not remove disgo when LED is flashing rapidly.
  3. Deactivate (using Safely Remove Hardware Utility or dragging icon to Trash Can) before removing it from the USB port.
  4. Keep your disgo away from water, extreme moisture or heat.
  5. Keep your disgo away from electrostatic sources and magnetic fields.
  6. Store your disgo with its cap in place.
  7. Do not force disgo into the USB port. If the port resists smooth insertion of disgo, check that the device is positioned with the USB icon on top and that the port is free of obstructions.

Limited Warranty

Thank you for selecting disgo – a Clever-Stuff product. As a valued customer, you will receive a free one-year limited warranty. In addition, by registering your purchase on www.mydisgo.com you will also receive the latest updates and special offers on exciting new products.

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against all defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase. Proof of original purchase should be retained and the warranty registration form on www.mydisgo.com filled out after purchase. This limited warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The sole responsibility of Clever-Stuff under this warranty is limited to repair or, at the option of Clever-Stuff, replacement of the defective product(s). Clever-Stuff reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with one of equal value;
  2. Clever-Stuff is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind;
  3. Warranty covers hardware failure and not data loss;
  4. Except for the limited warranty stated above, there are no express or implied warranties. Any implied warranty of merchantability or any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is expressly disclaimed. Your statutory rights are not affected;
  5. This limited warranty shall be null and void if this product has been subject to physical abuse, misuse, neglect, modification, and improper installation or unauthorized repair;
  6. To obtain warranty service, contact your reseller, contact the disgo technical support line or email returns@mydisgo.com to obtain a return materials authorization. Nothing contained here in affects your statutory rights.
